Some words are not capitalized ( i ). I just got it but it doesnt give the kids a chance to read the word then hear it, either you put the sound on or off. Much better apps out there.

This is a great app for teaching children. I didnt realize that it is fully customizable... You can make your own word lists and have your child record the words in their own voice. So cool!

This sight reading app, along with the Fry words app, are exactly what Ive been looking for to help our child learn to read. The fact that we can customize the app so that the words are very large and in red type is a big plus.

Dividing sight words in sets with sounds allow my child to sight read many words quickly.

This has been a great flashcard app for my second grader. I love that I can customize with her spelling words. That being said, the previous version of this app was much better for customizing. This version keeps closing when Im customizing as well as the three finger tap does not work well. I have to try many different combinations of three finger taps to open up the customize screen. When up dating this app I lost all of my previous flashcard sets.

This ap has it all! I am able to set up games, flash cards and personalize everything. Teaching special Ed I need to meet each of my students needs. This ap allows me to do just that! Thank you

First, let me say I really do like this app, however, the volume or "recorded voice" is really low, and thats a shame because at the highest volume it is still difficult to hear. Second, why cant I pick and choose words from the list to create my own? And last, when adding my own words, why do I have to record them? Still a good app minus these small nuances.

We tried recording our voices for some sight words, but even at 100% volume, playback is nearly silent. We then tried the Apple voice recorder app, which plays back nice and loud. Does the app developer have any control over mic and playback gain? Can you make our voices normal volume like on other apps?

This would be a 5-star app if the recorded sound worked. But as other reviewers have pointed out the playback level of customized sounds is too low to be useful Tried on iPad and iPhone with the same results Shame ...

I have been using this app for years and love it. Add word and record them. Kids love this app.

The description says that sharing by Dropbox...nope not true. Very cumbersome to add new words would be easier if it was a simple list.

Wonderful way to customize sight word flash cards for kids

Great app until the Three Tap prompt started. Now nothing I do will allow me to get into the settings, so I cant add new words.

This app is great for my child to use while learning how to read! She loves using my phone to play games so when we downloaded this app she has really enjoyed using it to learn her site words for school.

It includes sightwords as well as other words that can be sounded out. Would have been more helpful if there was a way togo back to a word that was just read. The screen was tapped by mistake and we had to wait for a whole bunch of words before we could come back to that word.Not impressed that I was written in lower case.

Would sure like to use with Dropbox..... Please!!

I really want to love this app but cant seem to access everything that I should be able to access. The parental three finger tap thing isnt letting me past it. The lock is a great idea but adults shouldnt be having trouble getting past it.

Not much to it but it works, able to repeat, which is good. It would be nice if they could trace the words. I have older iPad cant upgrade, so some of it is lost to us.
